Luxe Patios arranges and manages shipping on your behalf through authorized brand warehouses.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Items must be returned in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.
Certain brands have unique return windows and restocking fees.
All RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) are issued and managed by The Luxe Patios LLC.
