  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues occur.

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and sales are subject to terms stated at the time of the promotion.
  • We are not responsible for typographical or system errors that result in incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates and policies are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Large items may ship via freight with curbside delivery only unless White Glove service is purchased.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Luxe Patios is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy governs all returns and exchanges.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition within the time frame specified in our policy.

Certain products (custom orders, clearance items, or installed products) may be non-returnable.

6. Warranties

Product warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.

Luxe Patios does not independently warrant products beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

For warranty service, customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Patios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

8. Indemnification

By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Patios, its employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses related to your misuse of products or violation of these Terms.
