At Luxe Patios, we keep shipping simple, transparent, and designed around the reality of moving both small accessories and large outdoor kitchens.

Estimated Delivery Times
• Small parcel items: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• In-stock freight items: 7–14 business days after shipment (curbside with liftgate).
• Made-to-order / back-ordered items: 2–6 weeks (we’ll confirm by email before we charge/ship).

Note: Shipping costs are estimated. Oversized items, remote locations, and special delivery requirements (such as lift-gate service or restricted access) may require additional charges. If this applies, Luxe Patios will contact you before your order ships to confirm final costs.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
Most large items (outdoor kitchens, grills, smokers, etc.) ship via freight on a pallet. Standard freight delivery includes:
- Curbside drop-off with lift gate service
- You are responsible for moving the item into your home, backyard, or patio (we recommend having 2 helpers ready)
- Delivery appointments vary: some carriers call to schedule a window; others provide only a tracking number and estimated delivery date
White Glove Delivery Service
Want a hands-off experience? Luxe Patios offers White Glove Delivery on select items, which can include:
- Placement of your order in your backyard or outdoor kitchen area
- Unboxing and removal of packaging materials
- Assembly of select products
Rates vary by provider and location. Please contact us before placing your order to receive a customized quote and confirm availability in your area.
What to Expect with Every Delivery
- Shipping Confirmation – Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and carrier info.
- Delivery Day – Freight orders arrive curbside. Drivers do not move items inside.
- Inspection Required – Inspect your pallet and items immediately. Note any damages or missing pieces with the driver, and report issues to Luxe Patios within 5 calendar days.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
- Smaller items may ship to Alaska/Hawaii via parcel, but they’re not eligible for free shipping.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional shipping fees. If applicable, our team will notify you before shipping.
International Orders
We do not ship freight items internationally. We can, however, ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice.
APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO addresses when possible, but size/weight restrictions apply. Additional fees may apply.
Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
