Program Description

The Luxe Patios (operated by McKinley James LLC) offers a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their inquiries, projects, orders, and support needs. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional and customer-support text messages from The Luxe Patios related to your inquiry, design project, order status, shipping, and questions you have raised with us. This is a conversational support program, not a promotional or marketing program.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through our design intake form, by providing it to us during a phone call or in the course of a support conversation, or by otherwise requesting that we contact you by text. We only send messages to numbers that have been provided to us with consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us — for example, the status of an inquiry, project, or order. Because this is a conversational support program, messages are typically sent in direct response to your questions or to provide updates relevant to you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The Luxe Patios does not charge for the text messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent to you. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again using any of the methods described above.
