Refund and Return Policy

Effective September 22, 2025. Updated for accuracy and clarity.

At The Luxe Patios LLC, our goal is to ensure full satisfaction with every outdoor living purchase. We stand behind the quality of the brands we carry and provide a clear, transparent return process tailored to high-value outdoor appliances and premium outdoor kitchen products.

All returns and refunds are processed directly through The Luxe Patios LLC in accordance with the policies below.


-Standard Returns-

You may start a return within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in their original packaging.

Some premium manufacturers have shorter return windows (10 or 14 days). In all cases, Luxe Patios manages the return process directly and ensures compliance with the specific brand requirements.

Return Requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging with all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories
  • Returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Customer Responsibility

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Customer pays any carrier freight fees
  • Restocking fees may apply (up to 35% depending on brand and condition)

Any applicable restocking fee will always be disclosed before the RMA is approved.


-How to Start a Return (RMA Required)-

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if opened or if packaging was altered)

We will confirm eligibility, provide any applicable restocking fee, and issue an RMA with full return instructions and the correct return address.

All RMAs are issued and managed solely by The Luxe Patios LLC.


-Cancellations-

Orders can be canceled before they ship at no cost (except custom or made-to-order items once production begins).

After an item ships or is in transit:

  • Cancellations are treated as returns
  • Return shipping and restocking fees apply

-Exchanges-

Handled as a return + new order.

When exchanging for another model, Luxe Patios may reduce or waive restocking fees depending on brand policies and item condition.


-Shipping Costs, Restocking & Refusals-

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

Customer pays:

  • Return shipping
  • Carrier freight charges (if applicable)

Restocking Fees

Up to 25–35%, depending on brand and returned condition.
Exact amount disclosed before RMA approval.

Refused or Undeliverable Freight

Counts as a return.
Actual round-trip freight + restocking fees apply.


-Damaged or Defective Items-

Inspect all shipments at delivery.

If damage is visible:

  1. Note damage on the driver’s paperwork
  2. Take photos of packaging and item
  3. Email support@theluxepatios.com within 5 days
  4. Include photos or videos of:
  • Product damage
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

Luxe Patios will coordinate:

  • Repairs
  • Replacement parts
  • Full replacement
  • Manufacturer warranty processing

We streamline communication with the manufacturer on your behalf.


-Warranty Support-

All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

As an authorized retailer, Luxe Patios assists with:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Warranty claim submission
  • Replacement parts coordination
  • Manufacturer communication

-Brand-Specific Conditions-

Brand / Line Return Window Fees & Notes
Sunstone Metal Products 30 days Must be new/unused. Customer pays return freight. Up to 15% restock if packaging is altered.
Wilmington Grill 30 days Dealer-managed through Luxe Patios. Customer pays shipping. Lifetime parts warranty applies.
Arteflame 14 days New/unused/unassembled. Customer pays return shipping. Freight cost may be deducted if original shipping was free. Up to 35% refinishing fee if not resellable.
Hooray Grill Company 10 days New/unused in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping and 10% restocking fee.

 


-Custom / Made-to-Order Items-

Products labeled as custom, made-to-order, or MTO are final sale once production begins and cannot be canceled or returned.


-Refund Processing & Timing-

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

  1. The returned item has been received
  2. Inspected
  3. Approved by our team

Luxe Patios processes refunds within 3–5 business days.
Your financial institution may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund.
