At The Luxe Patios LLC, we strive to process every order accurately and fairly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if:

  • The order appears to be fraudulent or placed under false information.
  • There are issues with billing or payment authorization.
  • The requested product is unavailable or discontinued.
  • The order violates quantity limits or sales restrictions.

These limitations may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.

If your order is changed or canceled, we will notify you promptly by email at the address provided during checkout.
If your order has already been charged and must be canceled, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
