We are a Georgia-based, family-owned business specializing in premium outdoor kitchens, grills, heating, refrigeration, and outdoor living products. Every brand we carry is fully authorized, ensuring you receive authentic products backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes — The Luxe Patios LLC is an Authorized Online Dealer for every brand we carry, including Sunstone Metal Products, Arteflame, Wilmington Grill, and Hooray Grill Company.

Authorized dealer status means:

  • Full manufacturer warranties
  • Access to genuine replacement parts
  • Verified U.S. fulfillment from brand warehouses
  • Reliable customer and warranty support

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply add items to your cart and checkout using our secure payment options. If you’re planning a project or need product guidance, email us at support@theluxepatios.com — we’re happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Shopify Payments

  • Shop Pay

  • Shop Pay Installments (when available)

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel an order before it ships at no cost.
Once an item is in transit or already shipped from a brand warehouse, standard return policies apply.
To request changes or cancellations, email support@theluxepatios.com as soon as possible.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the continental United States.

Where do your products ship from?

All products are shipped from authorized U.S. brand warehouses through our verified distribution partners.

How much is shipping?

Most orders over $1000 ship FREE.
Freight deliveries under $1000 may require a flat freight fee as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Lead times vary by brand and product:

  • In-stock items: Typically leave the warehouse in 3–7 business days
  • Freight deliveries: Transit time is usually 3–10 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Timelines vary by manufacturer

Every product page includes the estimated lead time.

How are large items delivered?

Most grills, outdoor kitchen components, and appliances ship LTL freight with curbside delivery.
You will receive a freight tracking number and phone call from the carrier to schedule your delivery appointment.


Freight Delivery FAQs

Do I need to be home for freight delivery?

Yes. Freight carriers require an adult to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Can the driver bring the product to my backyard?

Standard freight includes curbside delivery only.
White Glove or in-yard services may be available for certain areas (extra fee).

What should I do if something arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

If you see damage:

  1. Note it on the driver’s paperwork
  2. Take photos of the product and packaging
  3. Contact us within 5 days at support@theluxepatios.com

We will handle replacement or parts in accordance with manufacturer policies.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible new, unused items within the timeframe listed in our Return Policy (typically 30, 14, or 10 days depending on the brand).

Are there restocking fees?

Some manufacturers charge restocking fees (10%–35%).
We always disclose any applicable fee before issuing an RMA.

How do I start a return?

Include your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Are custom or made-to-order items returnable?

Unfortunately, No. Once a custom or made-to-order item begins production, it cannot be returned or canceled.


Warranty & Product Support

Are products under warranty?

Yes — all products include the full manufacturer warranty because we are an authorized dealer.

Who handles warranty claims?

We assist you with:

  • Filing warranty claims
  • Submitting photos or documentation
  • Ordering replacement parts
  • Communicating with the brand

Manufacturers make the final warranty decision, but we guide you through every step.

What if I need replacement parts?

Many brands offer replacement parts directly through their authorized networks.
Email us with your model and a photo, and we’ll help you get the correct part.

Do you work with builders or contractors?

Yes. We regularly assist:

We can help with specs, timelines, product compatibility, and bulk orders.

Do you provide quotes for multifamily projects?

Absolutely.
We supply grills, outdoor kitchens, and amenity-area appliances for:

Policies, Security & Company Information

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are encrypted through Shopify, PayPal, and trusted third-party processors.

Do you have a showroom?

Not yet. We operate online with U.S.-based warehouses and support offices in Atlanta and Macon, GA.

Not directly.
