All products are shipped from authorized U.S. brand warehouses through our verified distribution partners.
How much is shipping?
Most orders over $1000 ship FREE. Freight deliveries under $1000 may require a flat freight fee as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Lead times vary by brand and product:
In-stock items: Typically leave the warehouse in 3–7 business days
Freight deliveries: Transit time is usually 3–10 business days
Made-to-order items: Timelines vary by manufacturer

How are large items delivered?
Most grills, outdoor kitchen components, and appliances ship LTL freight with curbside delivery. You will receive a freight tracking number and phone call from the carrier to schedule your delivery appointment.
Freight Delivery FAQs
Do I need to be home for freight delivery?
Yes. Freight carriers require an adult to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Can the driver bring the product to my backyard?
Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. White Glove or in-yard services may be available for certain areas (extra fee).
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
We will handle replacement or parts in accordance with manufacturer policies.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible new, unused items within the timeframe listed in our Return Policy (typically 30, 14, or 10 days depending on the brand).
Are there restocking fees?
Some manufacturers charge restocking fees (10%–35%). We always disclose any applicable fee before issuing an RMA.
How do I start a return?

Are custom or made-to-order items returnable?
Unfortunately, No. Once a custom or made-to-order item begins production, it cannot be returned or canceled.
