Returns & Warranty Made Easy
At The Luxe Patios LLC, we want you to love your Luxe Patios experience.
If something’s not quite right, we’ll help make it right — no stress.
Returns
You can return most unused, unassembled items within 30 days of delivery — just keep the original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and return labels and instructions are provided directly by The Luxe Patios LLC.
Not eligible for return:
- Used or installed items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Certain specialty or non-returnable items clearly marked on the product page
Once approved, we’ll email your return label and instructions.
Just box it up, send it back, and we’ll process your refund once it arrives and passes inspection. Any applicable restocking fee will always be clearly disclosed before you approve your RMA.
Brand-Specific Return Windows
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under The Luxe Patios LLC’s standard return policy.
Some premium brands have shorter manufacturer return windows (for example, 10–14 days).
When this applies, The Luxe Patios LLC will clearly note the timeframe on the product page and manage the return process directly in accordance with that brand’s requirements.
Regardless of brand policy, all return requests must be initiated and approved through The Luxe Patios LLC.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
We’ll coordinate replacement parts, a partial refund, or a full replacement — whichever is best.
Please keep all original packaging until we confirm next steps.
Warranty Support
Manufacturer warranties apply to most products.
The Luxe Patios LLC assists every customer in coordinating warranty claims directly with the manufacturer to ensure a smooth resolution.
Send a brief description, photos, and serial numbers (if available) to support@theluxepatios.com, and we’ll take it from there.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If your return arrives incomplete or outside policy guidelines, a partial refund may be issued — we’ll always contact you first.
Refund Processing & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are processed by The Luxe Patios LLC within 3–5 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account.
