Return Window: 10 days from delivery
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking Fee: Up to 10%.
Condition: Merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging.
Exceptions: Clearance, customized, or made-to-order items are final sale.
How to Start a Return:
Reach out to support@theluxepatios.com with your order number and reason for return to receive RMA details.

Additional Notes:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection less any applicable fees.
