High-ticket outdoor gear ships by freight, not a standard parcel. We show our freight clearly with a badge on every product, so you know the cost before checkout — never after. Here's what each one means.
Our Freight Tiers, Explained
- Free Freight: shipping is on us for that item — the price you see is the price you pay. And orders of $5,000 or more ship free (except Heavy Freight items).
- Freight: palletized delivery priced by your order total — $299 under $1,500, $179 from $1,500–$4,999, and free at $5,000+. Items from different manufacturers ship separately, and the rate applies to each freight shipment.
- Heavy Freight: oversized or very heavy items (large islands, specialty grills) that need special handling — a flat $599 per shipment at any order size. Heavy Freight is not part of the $5,000+ free freight offer.
- Standard Ship: smaller items by regular carrier — $14.95 under $100, $24.95 from $100–$249, and free on orders of $250 or more.
