Our Freight Tiers, Explained
- Free Freight: shipping is on us — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Flat Freight: one clear, fixed shipping amount shown up front. No weight-based surprises.
- Heavy Freight: oversized or very heavy items (large islands, masonry) that require special handling — priced transparently before you buy.
- Standard Ship: smaller items that go by regular carrier.
