Wilmington Grill Return Policy
Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Return Shipping: Customer pays all return freight.
Restocking Fee: 15–20% depending on inspection results.
Condition: Products must be unused and in factory packaging with serial numbers intact.
Exceptions: Custom or built-to-spec grill configurations are non-returnable once ordered.
How to Start a Return:
Email support@theluxepatios.com for authorization prior to shipping any return. Include order number and product details.
Additional Notes:
- Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
- Shipping damage must be documented and reported within 48 hours.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
