Collection: Outdoor Kitchen Island Frames & Kits
Start with a strong foundation and finish it your way. Our island frames and ready-to-finish kits (RTA) make it easy to go from blank patio to a pro-grade outdoor kitchen—without guessing at support, clearances, or cutouts.
Why choose a frame or kit
-
Speed: pre-engineered modules assemble quickly and accept most built-in appliances.
-
Accuracy: cutout templates and utility chases keep grills, doors, and drawers aligned.
-
Strength: steel/aluminum structures support stone, porcelain, or concrete countertops.
-
Flexibility: straight runs, L-shapes, and U-shapes that you can expand later.
What’s included (varies by kit)
- Powder-coated steel or aluminum frame components
- Backer panels (cement board or equivalent) and fasteners
- Leveling feet and bracing for countertop loads
- Pre-marked or template cutouts for grills, storage, and utilities
How to choose
-
Layout & size: measure total run length and aisle clearances (aim for 36–42").
-
Appliance list: confirm grill width/BTUs, add an insulated jacket if required, and plan for island vent panels.
-
Material & finish: steel/aluminum frames with corrosion-resistant coatings; finish with stucco, stone veneer, brick, or cladding panels.
-
Utilities: verify gas/electric/water routing; frames with built-in chases simplify inspections.
Install notes
- Set frames on a level, load-bearing surface; use supplied levelers to fine-tune.
- Follow the grill and burner manufacturer manuals for clearances and ventilation.
- Dry-fit appliances before final cladding to confirm reveal and door swing.
