We operate as an authorized retailer for premium outdoor kitchen appliances, grills, refrigeration, and accessories. All orders are fulfilled through approved U.S.-based warehouses and manufacturer distribution facilities.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
  • You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with functionality.
  • Our Services are intended for use in the United States. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

  • We may correct pricing or listing errors. If correction requires cancellation, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns must follow our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale once production begins
  • Restocking fees and return freight charges may apply

22. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Return Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxe Patios.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force.

23. Assignment & No Waiver

We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
Your rights may not be assigned without our written consent.
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
