Crafted from thick-gauge 304 stainless steel, the Junior features Wilmington’s signature seven-sided cooking chamber and a single cast stainless steel burner powered by their indirect cooking design. This eliminates flare-ups while giving you the freedom to grill, steam, or smoke with ease. Add liquid to the flame tray for steaming or wood chips for rich, smoky flavor—the Junior adapts to any style of cooking.

Designed for convenience, it comes equipped with two large side shelves, 10″ heavy-duty rubber wheels for easy mobility, and push-button ignition for reliable starts. It can also be customized with accessories like a front shelf or side burner to expand your cooking options.
